Today, southern rock outfit NEEDTOBREATHE announced the relaunch of their fan club "The Insiders" with a special live music incentive. There are three tiers of membership, with each one including an exclusive members only live track being delivered to the fans each month. The second two tiers include a special live album on CD to be released in December with the third tier including a digital download of their April 15th, new album release Rivers in the Wasteland.
